  My wife and I have attended Koinonia Mennonite Church for 17 years and love it! It is currently a small church with about 100 members but is slowly growing. We like Koinonia for two main reasons: 1) The people are really sincere and friendly - you really get to know people at Koinonia and people really care about each other here, and 2) the non-political, non-materialistic, humble approach to Christianity at Koinonia - we found that some of the bigger churches were very polished and flashy, but sometimes didn't feel very sincere to us. We also didn't like how the messages at some other churches sometimes seemed to emphasize the military or particular political points of view. We've found that Koinonia emphasizes Jesus' message of peace and justice in a way that is non-confrontational and less political than some of the bigger churches. Anyway, we love Koinonia and if you are looking for a smaller, sincere, non-political way to worship, you should check us out!
